Make this summer the healthiest!
For feel-good and beneficial fun in the sun, spend an hour or two each week in exhilarating water exercise. Our program offers stretching, aerobics, strength and endurance training in the supportive comfort of the pool. Certified instructor Allen Macklin leads class from noon until 1 p.m.
Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from May 27 through June 19; on Fridays from June 27 through August 1; and again on Tuesdays and Thursdays from August 5 through September 11.
Water exercise is great for toning your body, for cross training or for rehabilitating injuries, and it is suitable for all ages and abilities. Swimming is not a requirement. You set your own pace and challenges. Class is free to members; non-members pay $5 per session. Good music! Good fun! Good health!
