We charge a one-time fee of $50 to be on the wait list for three main reasons:

  1. Cover some of the costs associated with maintaining the list.
  2. Help insure that most of those on the list are fairly serious about joining.
  3. Establish a paper trail. A cancelled check becomes your proof of where you should be on the list.
